What is the difference between ritual and ceremony?
Ritual is small and repeated: the morning bell, the evening circle. Ceremony is a marked, held moment with a beginning and an end, usually led by someone. Both live on the land; ritual is the daily fabric, ceremony the woven-in thread.
Do I have to take part in the rituals?
The morning silence and the shared meals are the fabric of the land, and everyone is asked to respect them. Everything else is an invitation you can decline without explaining.
Can I bring my own ritual?
Yes, as long as it does not require anything of anyone else. The land has quiet corners for exactly that.
